General questions regarding our products

What is the difference between MOD-KITs and PRE-BUILTs?

Our MOD-KITs come unassembled and without electronics. They include everything you need to build the mouse at home: mouse shell, skates, screwdriver, battery, etc. The only thing you need to have is a mouse for its electronics.

PRE-BUILTs come fully assembled. As the name suggests, we build the PRE-BUILT for you and send you a ready-to-use mouse.

Can you make me a custom mouse that's not in the store?

Yes, we will make one mouse per month as for now, you can suggest a price you are willing to pay for the mouse and give us detailed instructions here.

How long does it take to get my order?

We built and ship all orders from Germany.

MOD-KIT orders are shipped the next business day. PRE-BUILTS are being build after you order them. The building process depends on your seletio.

Delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping:

Worldwide: approximately 2 weeks
Within the EU: about 7 days
Within Germany: 2 days

Please note that tracking updates may not be available immediately after shipping. This is because your package is first sent to our German distributor before being forwarded to you. This process helps us offer low shipping rates worldwide.

Express Shipping:

Worldwide: up to 5 days
Within the EU: about 2 days
Within Germany: 1 day

What's your return policy?

We accept returns that get shipped back within the first two weeks after arrival if the product is in the same condition it was delivered to you. We don't allow the return on consumables.

Do I pay customs fees (VAT) on my order?

EU countries don't pay customs fees, for other countries outside of EU you can calculate the approximate value using sites like this one.

US customers can avoid custom fees by selecting shipping from our US warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

TECHNICAL

All questions regarding our technologies

I don't have a screwdriver, which one do I need?

We are sending with every order the necessary screwdriver. If you want to buy another one yourself we recommend getting a small cross Phillips screwdriver, often used to operate with smartphones as well.

I experience stuttering / temporary disconnecting. What should I do?

We advice removing all other wireless dongles from your PC. Make sure your mouse is fully charged. If the problem occurs again, please contact us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

My mouse started wobbling, what do I do?

Since the mice are 3D printed, it can happen that the shell is slightly warped after some time. A good solution is to add a layer of double sided tape under one of the feet that is in the air.

If the mouse breaks, do I get a replacement?

While PMM mice are build very durable, it can happen that something breaks. We usually send out either replacement parts or mice, depending on the issue. In case you have an issue with our mice, please contact us.
