How long does shipping take?

Do I have warranty on my order?

PMM gives you a 1 year warranty on all products. Get in touch with support if anything happens!

Which software works with the mouse?

You can use: Synapse 3

How do I turn the mod on and off?

To turn on the mouse, press the power button for 3 seconds. Pressing the button for another 3 seconds will change the DPI. Pressing it for 6 seconds will turn the mouse off. It is not necessary though since the mouse will go in sleep mode after a set time which is very energy saving.

My battery doesn’t go to 100%. How come?

If you are using our 150mAh battery, that is normal. It often just shows a battery percentage of around 50% since the software thinks that it’s half empty.

How do I update the firmware?

How do I pair a different dongle to my mouse?

First make sure to update the firmware as written earlier.

Then you can connect the dongle in Synapse after clicking on the Dongle and then "Open Pairing Utility".

How exact is the weight information?

Due to our manufacturing process, shell weights may vary by approximately ±1 g. Since each shell is hand-coated, the coating can also add a weight variation of around ±1 g.
