Shipping policy

Shipping Destination and Methods:
To ensure that our fellow gamers receive their package in the shortest time possible with great service, we ship the product directly from our China manufacturer to almost every country in the world with  Standard Shipping and Express Shipping only. Shipping fees and time vary from one country to another. For more information, please see below.
 
Shipping Time:
We ship our product within 1 – 2 business days.

The average shipping times for Express shipping are:

Germany 1-2 days

Europe 2-3 days

Outside of Europe: 2-4 days

The average shipping times for Standard shipping are:

Germany 1-2 days

Europe 5-7 days

Outside of Europe: 14 days
 
If your package hasn’t been received after 14 days for Express, 21 days for Expedited, please contact us at support@pmm.gg and we will help you in all the way we can.

Note: Brazil generally takes one more week as the process of customs clearing is slow.
