How is the process?
If you choose the clay modeled shape, we send you the clay, you form it and send it back. We make a 3D scan and model a shape after it.
When will I get a response to my offer?
We send the Email responses to the accepted offers at the beginning of each month. If you haven't heard back from us until the 5th, consider your request to be too complex for your offer.
It is possible to send another request.
How long will it take to get my mouse if my offer is accepted?
It can take 1-2 months from first communication to finished shipped mouse.
